What DragonRadar does
DragonRadar helps authorized users organize order and shipment information from the inboxes they choose to connect. It presents the order details needed to operate a retail workflow in one workspace.
Information we process
Depending on the features you use, this can include account details, retailer order emails, order numbers, products, quantities, totals, shipping addresses, carrier details, and delivery updates.
Mailbox access
You may connect only mailboxes you own or are authorized to access. DragonRadar uses the connection to find relevant retailer and delivery messages. It is not intended to read unrelated personal messages.
How information is protected
We use access controls and encrypted connections where available to protect account and mailbox data. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials and mailbox access secure.
Retention and deletion
You may remove connected accounts and delete order data from your workspace. We retain only the information reasonably needed to provide and maintain the service, meet legal obligations, and protect the platform.
