Using DragonRadar
DragonRadar is a workspace for organizing order, retailer, product, and shipment information. By accessing it, you agree to use the service lawfully and in accordance with these terms.
Your account
You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping credentials confidential. You must provide accurate information and use only inboxes and data you are authorized to access.
Email and retailer data
When you connect a mailbox, you authorize DragonRadar to process relevant order and delivery messages needed to provide the service. You may not use DragonRadar to access other people’s accounts or to collect information you are not permitted to access.
Acceptable use
Do not interfere with the service, attempt to bypass security controls, reverse engineer the platform, abuse connected services, or use DragonRadar for unlawful activity.
Availability and accuracy
DragonRadar depends on external retailers, carriers, mailbox providers, and internet services. Features and data may occasionally be delayed, unavailable, or incomplete. Verify important order and delivery details with the relevant retailer or carrier.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the service grows. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. Questions about these terms can be sent through the support channel provided in your workspace.
